Orders are dispatched from our US fulfilment center within 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email info@sooyun.store with your order number.
If it says delivered but hasn't arrived
Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered a day early. Please wait 24 hours and check with anyone else at the address. If it still hasn't arrived, email info@sooyun.store and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Damaged in transit
Email info@sooyun.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and the outer packaging. We'll replace it — no return needed.
