The product
Does this replace my whole routine?
No. It is the last, easy step after your routine — or a portable touch-up whenever your skin needs it.
Is it fragrance-free?
Yes. No fragrance or parfum is added.
Can I use it around my eyes?
Yes, on the outer eye area. Avoid the lash line and lid margin, and don't let it get into the eye itself.
What is the return policy?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns & refunds page.
Will it pill under makeup?
Give it thirty seconds to settle and apply a thin layer. Pilling usually means too much product or not enough settling time.
Does it leave a shine?
It leaves a soft, slightly luminous finish. On very oily areas it can read as shine, which is why it is designed for targeted dry-looking spots rather than all-over use.
Can I use it on my lips?
Yes. Lips are one of the areas it is made for.
What does a 9 g stick actually cover?
Outer eye, smile lines, forehead lines, lips, neck, and the backs of the hands. It is a targeted balm, not a body moisturiser.
Skin & suitability
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is fragrance-free and formulated to be simple. Patch test on your inner forearm for 24 hours before first use.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We are not able to give medical advice. Review the ingredient list on the product carton and check it with your doctor or midwife before use.
Is it safe for all skin types?
It is designed for dry-looking areas on any skin type. Very oily skin may prefer to keep it to targeted spots.
Can children use it?
The product is formulated for adult use only.

Is it vegan?
No. The formula contains beeswax, and its PDRN and collagen are salmon-derived.
Is it cruelty-free?
Yes. The finished product is cruelty-free.
Does it contain parabens, sulfates, or essential oils?
No. The formula is paraben-free, sulfate-free, and essential-oil-free.
Are there nut allergens?
Yes — the formula contains sweet almond oil. Avoid it if you have a tree nut allergy.
Using & storing
How should I store it?
Store at room temperature, away from direct sun and heat. It is a wax-based stick, so it can soften in heat.
It softened in my bag. Is it ruined?
No. Stand it upright somewhere cool and it will re-set. The texture may look slightly different but the formula is unaffected.
How long does it last once opened?
Use within 6 months after opening. Unopened shelf life is 24 months from the date on the carton.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes. It is a solid, so it is not subject to liquid restrictions in carry-on baggage.

Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our US fulfilment center.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. You will get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is $4.95. Shipping is free with the 3-stick set.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Email info@sooyun.store with your order number as soon as you can.
My order has not arrived.
Check your tracking link first. If it has not updated in 5 business days, email info@sooyun.store with your order number and we will trace it.
My order arrived damaged.
Email info@sooyun.store within 7 days with a photo of the product and the outer packaging. We will replace it, and you will not need to return anything.
