The policy
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. We'll refund the price of the product to your original payment method.
What's eligible
- Unopened sticks in their original carton
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return
How to start one
- Email info@sooyun.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Send the item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Your refund is issued within 24–48 hours of the return arriving, and appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong item
Email info@sooyun.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't need to return anything.
Cancelling or changing an order
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they're dispatched. Email info@sooyun.store as soon as possible with your order number.
